Mr. Jay Basani – VP – Infrastructure & Exports Business

Mr. Jay holds a Master Degree in Advance Manufacturing Technology from University of South Australia, Adelaide. His positive attitude and ability to convince and persuade customers speaks volumes about his personality. His achievements and awards list have inspired a many.

A Vice President par excellence, Mr. Jay Basani (Jay) has a unique style of building the base and motivating people to create niche concepts and ideas for potential customers. A senior executive who has extensive experience with Alcatel-Lucent, Marconi in Singapore and Seeley International in Adelaide, Australia made a huge contribution towards the success history of PACE Power.

Mr. Jay championed the use of analytical technology as part of the his market penetration and was recognized in APAC Region for APAC Market Development of Telecommunication and Engineering work that he had done. He is responsible for PACE Group of company’s international business.

Mr.Muralidhar Pundla – VP – Corporate Quality & IT

Muralidhar Pundla (Pundla) is an Engineering Graduate in Electronics & Communications from Sri Venkateswara Unitversity , Tirupathi, India and holds a Diploma in “Software Engineering & Project Management” from Indian Institute of Science , Bangalore, India

Mr. Pundla is a Senior Management professional in Quality Management , Operations Management & Business Excellence domain with more than two decades of experience in OEM/ EMS industry with companies like Motorola , Flextronics, Bloom Energy. He is a trained Six Sigma Black Belt from Motorola University.

Specializes in setting up Business Processes with extensive knowledge and hands implementation expertise in Quality Management Systems like ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 18001, TL9000, TS16949 and Quality Initiatives like Six Sigma, Kaizen and Lean.

Mr. Pundla is responsible for corporate quality function and IT Infrastructure at PACE Group of companies

Mr. Shivaji S. Bangar, DGM-Design & Development

Mr. Bangar holds Master’s degree in Electronics from University of North Maharashtra. He has more sixteen years of experience in electronics circuit design, embedded system technology. Mr. Bangar was a former Project Manager in ELTECH, Pune prior to joining PACE Power Systems. He has been involved in design, development, deployment and operation of PMU and other key products that PACE group is a leader in the market today.

Mr. Bangar, a tech-savvy professional. His strategic thinking, knowledge in Telecommunication Automation & Engineering skills has immensely contributed to invent range of products that PACE Power Systems has enlisted in their product list today.

Mr. Bangar, a dedicated professional is responsible for Research, Design, Development and Engineering of PACE Power Systems.

Mr. Murali Movva, DGM-Sales, PACE Group

Mr. Murali Movva, an Electronics Engineer from Bangalore University, has over 18 years of experience in Telecommunication Services business in India, Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining PACE Power, Murali was the Business Development professional with Telecommunication and Automation Companies like, SM Creative Electronics and Servomax India Private Limited. His strategic approach has helped his previous companies to achieve their business leadership in the market through direct and indirect sales channels. Mr. Murali has been involved in and around of Automation Solutions in his entire professional life, from conceptual through to sales and marketing.

His dynamic and sales strategies are helping PACE Power Systems to achieve business targets apart from acquiring new business in product and services. His “Can Do” attitude and unwavering track record of success in promoting the entire product range shows his confidence towards increasing the client base of PACE Power Systems and the customers are showing their comfort level in he is being one point contact for them to meet their business requirements.

Mr. Y. Bhaskar Rao, DGM Services

Mr. Bhaskar Rao (Bhaskar), a Post Graduate from DOEACC majoring in Computer System Engineering has over 29 years of experience in the Telecommunication and Automation industries. Bhaskar's roles have included working within and managing Development, Testing, Documentation and Implementations of the solutions as per the Industry standards. His works has predominately focused on Power/Integrated Solutions and its Services.

Mr. H C Kubera, Head-HR & Administration

Mr. Kubera is a Master’s Degree Holder in Human Resources Management from Bangalore University with over two decades of years of experience across the industry sector such as manufacturing, IT Services, Semiconductor, Telecom etc. His leadership role, HR Strategies and New Initiatives have helped companies such as Swan Silks, ArisGlobal Software, Qualcomm India, Accelrys Software & Kavveri Telecoms to maintain professional & progressive HR practices including Merger & Acquisition, integration to grow the business.

Mr. Kubera is a seasoned HR Generalist professional has extensive exposure in India, USA, Canada & UK. His approach like global thinking and local application is immensely helping PACE Power Systems to scale up its business operations and deployment of competitive resources and engage them in India and abroad.

Mr. Kubera is responsible for Human Resources and Administration function of PACE Group of companies in India and abroad.

Mr. Vasudev Kumar, Director-Operations

Mr. Vasudev Kumar (Vasu) is a Power Electronics professional with over 16 years of industry experience. He has extensive experience in managing end to end production operations of a large manufacturing facility. His leadership qualities and people management techniques are yielding high productivity and quality output which has helped PACE Power Systems to deploy its high efficiency & cost effective products in the telecom infrastructure industry.

Mr. Vasu, in his capacity of Director-Operations, is responsible to manage Supply Chain Management and Production operations of PACE Group of companies.

Mr. Dianney Lobo (Dianney), Vice President-Energy Management Services

Mr. Dianney Lobo is an Engineering graduate in Electrical and Electronics from National Institute of Engineering, Mysore. He has over two decades of professional experience and worked with large scale MNC’s such as ABB, L&T, AT&T/Lucent Technologies, Tyco Electronics and ITIL.

He has a extensive experience in R&D, Quality Assurance, Indenisation of products, Sales operations, setting up of new facilities for production operations at India and China, Build and operate telecom towers. His leadership style has been appreciated by managements and his colleagues associated with him during his profession.

Mr. Dianney is responsible for End to End Energy Management Services such as products commissioning, Product Services, Projects implementation and O&M Operations across India.

Mr. V V Krishna Murthy, Finance Controller

Mr. V V Krishna Murthy (VVK) is a Chartered Accountant with more than 22 years of experience with leading Indian & MNC Companies such as Kirloskar Group, Sanmer Group & Tyco Electronics India.

Mr VVK has expertise in the areas of Project Financing, Accounting, Indirect Taxes, Budgeting, developing systems for MIS, Treasury, implementation of SAP , contract management, AR Management etc. He believes in systems which will benefit the business growth of the organization.

Mr. Prasanna DGM- Sourcing

Mechanical Engineering Graduate form Kuvempu University with over 18 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management. He has expertise in procurement of materials for Telecom & Power Electronics Industries. His strengths are in sourcing (domestic & international), vendor development, Procurement, Inventory Management. He has experience in implementation of ERP system / SAP for cost effective materials management.

Before joining PACE Power, Mr. Prasanna has worked with Companies like Tyco Electronics, Perpetual Power.

Mr. Kamath KN, GM – Materials – PACE Renewable Energies

Mr. Kamath is a Mechanical Engineering Graduated from Manipal Institute of Technology, Karnataka, India.

Mr. Kamath, has over 25yrs experience in the areas of Sourcing both domestic & International, Vendor Management, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Business Re–Engineering.

He worked in various well known companies like Tata BP Solar, Solar Thermal Products, Measurement Systems, Solar Semi Conductors, BOS (Balance Of Systems) etc., and gained expertise in various related areas.

Mr. Shriramchandran, DGM- Business Process

Mr. Shriramchandran (Shriram) is a Science Graduate specialized in Physics from St. Joseph’s College, Trichy and completed his Management Programme from IIM, Calcutta.

Mr. Shriram is a Techno-commercial professional having about two decades of work experience in diverse businesses across the whole band-width of business operations. Before joining PACE Power Mr. Shriram has worked with Maruti Suzuki, TVS and Sundaram Finance Ltd., etc

Mr. Shriram’s multi-faceted competencies is becoming handy to assist the CEO in End to End Business Process Designing, New Business Initiatives, Non-core NPD apart from Business Strategy.
